Should our shop buy a manual, electric, or hydraulic corner rounder?

How much corner-rounding capacity do we need?

Size the machine for the thickest, densest production stack rather than sheet count alone. A 600-sheet rating for 20 lb. paper does not translate to 600 laminated cards. Allow working headroom for coated stocks, synthetic sheets, and consistent cuts through the full lift.

Which corner radius is used for business cards and printed collateral?
