NEW MULTI-CASSETTE UNIT OPTION
The TRENDSETTER Q400/Q800 Platesetter now boasts another new automation option to help you grow your business. With the new Multi-Cassette Unit, up to 480 plates can load and unload automatically, so you can make plates for longer with no manual intervention to slow you down. With the MCU, you can have up to four different plate sizes online for improved efficiency and productivity.

INTEGRATED PUNCH ENHANCES AUTOMATION
TRENDSETTER Q400/Q800 Platesetters feature a fully integrated, in-line punch system option with accurate three-point registration, helping eliminate costly errors by automating the punch process. The punch system option allows for up to 10 customized punch heads once the system is added.

CONTROL ON THE GO
Attend to your CTP devices from wherever you are, using only a mobile phone, with Kodak’s Mobile CTP Control App. With the help of its timely alerts and notifications, you'll soon be monitoring devices, managing job queues and running multiple CTPs – from anywhere.

Available now for newer models of KODAK MAGNUS, ACHIEVE, and TRENDSETTER Platesetters, with support for older models coming soon.

Standard: Semi-automatic plate loading and unloading.
Auto Unload (optional): Semi-automatic plate loading and automatic unloading to plate processor or stacker; optional automatic plate rotation.
Autoloader (optional): Automated plate loading and unloading of up to 80 plates without slip sheets (0.3 mm); optional automatic plate rotation.
Single Cassette Unit (optional): Automated plate loading and unloading of up to 120 plates (0.3 mm) with automated slip sheet removal, optional automatic plate rotation.
Multi Cassette Unit (optional): Automated plate loading and unloading of up to 480 plates in 4 cassettes, each containing up to 120 plates of the same size and thickness with slip sheets, enabling up to 4 plate sizes online. The 0.40 mm plate size is only supported for the “SA” manual device, or in manual bypass for the AU, AL, SCU and MCU. For plate gauges 0.15 to 0.2 mm (0.006 to 0.08 in) there may be some differences in min and max. plate sizes. For more information, please consult your Kodak representative.

⁵Minimum plate size around drum is 383 mm with the plate rotation option, and minimum plate size for manual bypass is 305 x 215 mm.
