Integra is a digital cutting system, designed for the printed signage and packaging industry with the aim to manage complex die-cutting processes. Thanks to the possibility to mount a 1 KW router along with other cutting and creasing tools, Integra can process very rigid substrates and high thicknesses. Additional vacuum cleaner to remove the processing residues left by the router is available on request, so as to keep the workstation clean and thereby increase productivity.

    Features and Benefits:

    ROUTING TOOL

The 1 kW router to be mounted on the machine can handle the processing of the most common rigid supports used in the graphic and sign industry including rigid PVC foam, panels coated in aluminum and acrylic, dibond, forex more than 1 cm thick, plexiglass and every other application for the packaging market (POS displays, totem, advertising banner, labels, boxes).

    GAIN IN AUTOMATION AND PRODUCTIVITY

The two interchangeable cutting heads benefit of the new automatic adjustment system of the cutting depth. As a result, Integra turns out to be fast in meeting effectively customers’ requests and extreme precision in processing materials up to 20 mm thick. The higher productivity is also given by the use of a powerful vacuum cleaner (optional) necessary to eliminate the processing residues left by the router, as the user does not have to take time to carry out manual cleaning operations.

SIGN, PRINT, PACKAGING AND MUCH MORE

Integra represents the ideal answer to cutting, kiss-cut, creasing and milling needs since it is highly profitable and able to guarantee cutting without a die. This allows it to manage a wide variety of supports and applications as well as many materials, even pre-printed substrates by use of Opticrop software and the high-resolution camera. Media optimal fixing is guaranteed by a zone-adjustable vacuum table and pneumatic clamping system.

Integra is a digital cutting system designed for the sign and packaging industry. It simplifies complex die-cutting with its incredibly accurate 1kW router.

    • All-in-One die cutting; max: 48.5" x 98.5"
    • Ave. speed per sheet: 35-42.5 secs
    • Cuts variety of materials up to 1/2" thick
    • 3 year warranty
  • Omnia has been designed to automatically feed and contour cut media. The operator can load material up to 60 cm x 80 cm in size. Omnia will feed media to the cutting arm using a suction system that lifts media from the feeder and drags it onto the conveyor. The feeder holds up to 500 sheets, depending on thickness. Once in position, the camera will detect crop marks and execute the cut file for the pre-printed graphics. The completed sheets drop into the catch tray.

The software can control multiple workflow options including cut files from various graphic design software, QR Code mode, and non-printed material. Omnia is perfect for die cutting cardstock projects including packaging, business card and kiss-cut. With its robust design, it can also process heavy material such as corrugated cardboard, chip board of thin plastic sheets.

    INCREASE PRODUCTION CAPACITY

The oversized feeder and suction system automatically loads the materials into the cutting machine. The automatic crop mark detection allows a hands-free cutting process and a status indicator will notify the operator that the feeder has dropped to the minimum quantity so It can be reloaded.

    QR CODE MODE

The QR Code feature improves workflow. The camera quickly detects the code, pules up the cut files into the software and executes each project, eliminating cut lists.

    AVE SPEED PER SHEET

Average speed per sheet is calculated in 45 seconds when cutting A3+ sheet and a medium complexity package design.
