Manufactured in South Korea, ROYAL CURE UV is the latest generation of high strength, highly reactive UV curing ink. Available as a sheetfed offset process series, ROYAL CURE UV is suitable for use in the widest range of curing including LE, HUV and UV. Thanks to superior press performance calling on many years of expertise in KMI in producing the highest quality offset inks, ROYAL CURE UV gives excellent results on a wide variety of substrates, including non-absorbent surfaces. It is also versatile enough to work with IPA or IPA free damping systems. In line with all international standards, ROYAL CURE UV is formulated to be ITX, benzophenone, and HDDA free.

STORAGE AND PACKING
Recommended storage is in the range from 5°C – 35°C. Long term exposure to fluorescent lamps or
any exposure to sunlight must be avoided to prevent polymerisation. Following this recommendation
will provide stable inks for a minimum of 18 months from date of manufacture.

EXCEPTIONS
Not for use in food packaging without a functional barrier.

REMARKS
UV inks may cause swelling or shrinkage to rubber compounds commonly used in press rollers and
offset blankets. ROYAL CURE UV LED inks have been formulated with the finest raw materials which
exclude properties that are known to cause swelling to EPDM or NBR covered rollers and blankets. It is
therefore recommended to use rollers and blankets made from EPDM, butyl nitrile or vinyl nitrile.
